We want you to feel extraordinary in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the garment carefully in its original branded packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
